Rita fiala
administrator
Looking back, Rita remembers fondly helping nieces and nephews with homework. Inventing fun and creative ways to ignite learning came naturally to her. Rita’s interest in homeschooling was piqued when she needed an alternative to the traditional school experience for her own children. Gleaning knowledge over the years, she was finally called to the ministry of homeschool co-ops as well as to the administration of MCA. These days, you can find Ms. Fiala serving within her church, participating in various community outreach programs, educating and making a home for her own children, and directing MCA’s co-op.
Veronica ware
tutor
Veronica grew up in a small town in lower Alabama before moving to Monroe County in 2010. Being homeschooled from grades 3-12, she understands the stellar opportunities it can present. After graduating, Mrs. Ware benefitted from a brief career in the medical field. Throughout the years, her love for teaching has propelled her toward opportunities in education such as tutoring and the summer missionary program through the Escambia County Baptist Association. Currently, Veronica lives in Mineola with her husband and daughter and is pursuing a degree in forensic psychology. In her free time, she enjoys preparing for and tutoring creative writing/literature and STEM classes at MCA.
